Jill Korn - Founder and President of Keystone Financial Initiative

Jill is a seasoned financial professional with 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her background has given her insight into the systems, barriers, and confusion many individuals and families encounter when navigating financial and aging-related decisions.
Jill is known for her ability to translate complex topics into clear, understandable education. She holds a master’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania and volunteers as a certified mediator specializing in elder issues, reflecting her commitment to advocacy, clarity, and informed decision-making.
Through Keystone Financial Initiative, Jill helps lead an education-first effort to expand access to unbiased financial and retirement education within the community. Recognizing the need for clear, pressure-free information, she co-founded the organization to provide programming that empowers individuals with knowledge, confidence, and choice — without obligation or sales tactics.


Tye Cressman - Director
Tye Cressman is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) whose practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, trust formation, and special needs planning. His work centers on helping individuals and families better understand their legal options as they age, plan for future care needs, and protect what matters most.
With a strong commitment to education and advocacy, Tye works to make complex legal topics more accessible and understandable. Through Keystone Financial Initiative, he supports community-based educational efforts designed to promote clarity, preparedness, and confidence around aging-related legal considerations — encouraging informed decision-making before critical moments arise.


Kami McWilliams - Secretary
Kami McWilliams brings more than 25 years of experience as a licensed insurance professional in Centre County, working with both national carriers and independent brokerages. Her career has centered on helping individuals better understand their insurance options and the role coverage plays in long-term financial stability.
Through Keystone Financial Initiative, Kami supports community-based educational efforts focused on increasing clarity around insurance concepts and long-term financial preparedness. She is committed to ensuring individuals and families have access to straightforward, understandable information when evaluating important coverage decisions.


Gary Persing - Treasurer
Gary Persing recently retired from Pennsylvania State University, where he served for 14 years as Central Control System (CCS) Supervisor, overseeing the monitoring of critical electrical and HVAC systems across campus facilities and research buildings. His team operated continuously, 24 hours a day, ensuring real-time response to system alerts and safeguarding sensitive research environments. In the final nine years of his career, Gary led alarming operations and customer notification for critical research systems. His work required careful analysis, risk awareness, and proactive problem-solving to help protect people, facilities, and essential infrastructure.

At Keystone Financial Initiative, Gary brings that same analytical mindset and focus on preparedness to the organization’s community education efforts. His perspective supports the mission of promoting thoughtful planning, risk awareness, and long-term confidence for individuals and families navigating financial and retirement considerations.


Bruce Hutchinson - Director
Bruce Hutchinson is a Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist and Taoist Health Arts instructor who has served Philipsburg and the surrounding community for nearly 30 years. His work centers on holistic well‑being, stress awareness, and preventative health practices that support a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

At Keystone Financial Initiative, Bruce contributes to community education by highlighting the connection between personal wellness, long‑term health considerations, and overall quality of life. His perspective reinforces the organization’s commitment to thoughtful planning, resilience, and informed decision‑making across all stages of life.


Greg Korn - Co-Founder of Keystone Financial Initiative

Greg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, and the Founder of a financial planning firm. With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Greg has focused his career on retirement planning and helping individuals better understand the financial decisions that shape their futures.
As the founder of a financial planning firm, Greg has led a practice centered on comprehensive planning and long-term relationships, working with clients on topics such as retirement income, Social Security, estate considerations, long-term care planning, tax awareness, and healthcare costs in retirement. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds a National Social Security Advisor® certificate.
Through Keystone Financial Initiative, Greg contributes his professional experience in an education-first nonprofit setting. His involvement reflects a strong belief that you and your family deserve access to clear, unbiased financial and retirement education before making significant decisions — empowering communities with knowledge, confidence, and preparedness.

Greg serves as a non-voting director.
